Job summary

Turtle Trax S.A. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for internal customers. The role focuses on aligning tech solutions with business needs and end-user expectations, while designing and testing tools to improve outcomes and adoption.

You will lead UX improvement efforts, collaborate across IT, security, and vendor teams, and drive measurable enhancements in user experience and processes for enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading UX and business process improvements in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to independently drive improvements from concept through implementation.
• Experience gathering user feedback, support trends, and operational data to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders, end users, and IT to define, gather, and document business processes as detailed specifications.
• Analyze existing systems and workflows; conduct interviews and workshops; obtain sign-off of artifacts.
• Coordinate requirements for new and existing applications; document software, installation, and configuration processes.
• Assist in testing, training plan development, user training, production support, and user documentation.
• Participate in QA, identify test cases, and support test plans.
• Develop business cases, ROI, value definitions, costs, benefits, and risk analyses.
• Coordinate project tasks and lifecycle phases for small to mid-size projects to meet goals.
