Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking an experienced Transmission Line Engineer to lead complex overhead projects across utilities, generation, and industrial HV sectors. You will act as a technical authority, review designs, and engage with clients to advise and support proposals.

We seek 8–12+ years of experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to deliver in consulting or utility environments. You will mentor engineers, drive safety and sustainability, and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree in Electrical, Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–12+ years of transmission line or related engineering experience.
• Experience delivering complex transmission line projects in consulting or utility settings.
• Strong technical leadership and client-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex overhead transmission and distribution projects.
• Act as technical authority for transmission line engineering within project teams.
• Provide independent technical review and approvals of designs.
• Engage with clients to provide technical advice and support proposals.
• Drive safety, efficiency, and sustainability in project delivery.
