Qualifications

• Willingness to travel for client site inspections and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and ensure proper installation and servicing.
• Conduct site visits to inspect technician work.
• Verify technical specifications of parts before procurement.
• Oversee the testing and final checking of machines.
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings as needed.
• Maintain technical records and service reports.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is complete before dispatch.
• Assign and manage daily schedules for technicians.
• Monitor technician performance and service reports.
• Compile and submit technical reports to the Technical Manager.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with teams to align operations with business objectives.
