Are you a hands-on infrastructure expert who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, optimizing networks, and building reliable IT systems?

We’re looking for a Lead Systems and Network Engineer to take ownership of the infrastructure supporting our high-energy offices in Manila and Cebu.

What You’ll Do

• Level 3 Infrastructure Support: Lead complex troubleshooting across cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and internal systems. Perform deep-dive diagnostics and log analysis to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.

• DevOps Collaboration: Partner with development teams to resolve environment and deployment issues, ensuring reliable and consistent systems.

• Azure & Identity Management: Architect seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) experiences, implement Conditional Access policies, and optimize Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online environments.

• Network Engineering: Configure and optimize multi-ISP failover, outbound VPN routing, wireless coverage, and network reliability across office locations.

• Operational Excellence: Own technical runbooks, maintain accurate documentation, and improve operational efficiency through automation and standardized procedures.

• Vendor Management: Serve as the technical liaison with third-party providers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing IT infrastructure in medium to enterprise-scale environments.

• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, including log analysis.

• Experience managing cloud environments, SaaS platforms, and internal IT systems.

• Solid understanding of network routing, firewalls, VPNs, failover, and wireless infrastructure.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint Online.

• Familiarity with AWS services and enterprise networking technologies.

• Strong technical documentation and runbook management skills.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Routing & Firewalls: Netgate/pfSense Plus, Cisco IOS or NX-OS

Switching & Wireless: Ubiquiti UniFi, Cisco, or equivalent enterprise equipment

Operating Systems: macOS, Linux (Ubuntu, Rocky Linux, Red Hat Enterprise Linux)

Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, EKS, Lambda, Billing), Microsoft Azure
