Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer with 4–7 years of relevant experience to contribute to bridge, tunnel, and rail projects. You will apply structural analysis software, 3D modelling, and drafting oversight within the Digital Engineering Framework.

The role requires collaboration with project teams, adherence to design standards, and strong communication skills. Prior Australian project exposure is a plus, with opportunities to work on landmark projects globally.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• 4-7 years relevant work experience
• Structural design experience for bridges, ground support, tunnel linings, and/or retaining walls
• Knowledge of structural analysis software: MIDAS Civil, ASBD, STAAD, SPACE GASS or similar
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Microstation/Revit, MS Word and MS Excel
• Knowledge of applicable Australian and international standards
• Experience on Australian projects preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Comply with SHEQ obligations and safety plans
• Represent WSP professionally at all times
• Work on bridges, tunnels, rail, and other structures
• Coordinate with Project Team Lead/Manager across disciplines
• Review draft drawings and assist in specifications
• Utilize 3D modelling tools within Digital Engineering Framework
• Support design standards and quality procedures
• Assist in cross-discipline reviews and constructability checks
• Contribute to proposal preparation and reporting
