The Lead Specialist, Accessibility (Lead A11y Specialist) is an expert individual contributor and program scale influencer who ensures our digital products, platforms, and content are accessible, compliant, and inclusive. This role supports 2-3 Agile teams; guides end-to-end accessibility audits; partners deeply with UX, Engineering, and Product to guide accessible design and implementation; and scales repeatable, shift-left practices across multiple teams. The Lead Specialist supports outcomes for team-level accessibility, provides final sign-off for ACR deliverables, and elevates organizational capability through coaching, reusable patterns, and process improvements. They exhibit advanced knowledge of WCAG, Section 508, and ADA; differentiate usability from compliance; anticipate risks; and translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable guidance aligned to business priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
