Lead Software QA Engineer

We’re looking for a Lead Software QA Engineer to help drive quality across our distributed ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA delivery and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into robust automated test coverage.
• Design, build, maintain, and optimize automated test frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.
• Ensure that new features are delivered with automated test coverage and at high quality, supporting efficient and reliable deployments.
• Develop deep knowledge of the company’s solutions and continuously improve automation strategies, tools, and practices.
• Contribute to QA process improvement initiatives, including tool evaluations, proof‑of‑concepts, and automation best practices.
• Support manual and UAT efforts when needed, ensuring alignment with QA standards.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
