Amadeus is seeking a Software Development Manager (C# and .NET) in Metro Manila to coordinate multiple development teams and deliver high‑quality software aligned with product priorities.

You will enable clear two‑way communication between teams and leadership, guide operational support activities, participate in interviewing and onboarding, and contribute to design, estimates, code reviews, and automated testing.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or equivalent experience.
• Extensive professional experience in C# (C‑Sharp), .NET (Microsoft .NET framework), and SQL, including work on enterprise‑level system
• Experience working in agile development environments and balancing people leadership with hands‑on technical contribution
• Practical experience supporting, coaching, and developing others through regular feedback and performance discussions
• Experience with modern software practices such as API design, automated testing, and CI/CD
• Familiarity with cloud‑deployed solutions such as Microsoft Azure or AWS, microservice‑based architectures, and web frameworks like Angular or React.
