Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Associate Manager to lead security engineering initiatives, specializing in SIEM and SOAR, for global clients. The role focuses on delivering secure, automated operations and maturity across security programs.

You will oversee teams, guide delivery, and ensure quality across multiple security engineering projects, while collaborating with clients and SOC leaders to advance security capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant cybersecurity experience with strong SIEM and/or SOAR engineering expertise.
• 2–3 years of people management, supervisory, or team leadership experience.
• Proven experience delivering security engineering projects and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale SIEM and SOAR solutions.
• Drive automation programs that improve detection coverage, response times, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor cybersecurity engineering teams and manage project delivery, staffing, and client communications.
