Job summary

Epiroc Philippines is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team and ensure safety, quality and timely service for heavy equipment, including underground mining gear.

The role requires a strong background in technical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and blueprints interpretation, with at least 5 years in maintenance and 2 years in supervision. You will drive process improvements and ensure ISO standards align with daily operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical troubleshooting and heavy equipment maintenance.
• Underground mining equipment maintenance/operations experience.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong leadership and team guidance abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise first line staff, maintenance team, plan and schedule, and oversee tasks and activities.
• Ensure maintenance standards are adhered to and continuous improvement is pursued.
• Enforce Epiroc policies and guidelines as described in Epiroc Way.
• Maintain high quality of service under all circumstances.
• Support and administer planning and administrative systems within the area.
