Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting in the Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Manager to lead SAP Basis workstreams across implementation, modernization, and transformation projects. You will provide technical and delivery leadership across SAP environments, focusing on installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, and support, while mentoring the team.

The role requires strong English communication, hands-on SAP Basis expertise, and the ability to manage client expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
7+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on SAP Basis expertise.
Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver.
Experience leading SAP Basis workstreams or technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP Basis workstreams and manage client expectations throughout project delivery.
Guide teams in installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, and support of SAP products and technologies.
Manage SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver environments to support operations and transformation initiatives.
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve SAP integration and performance.
Mentor and coach team members to strengthen technical capabilities and growth.
