Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in RF Design, IBS/DAS projects, or telecom network performance engineering.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of RF principles and wireless communication.
• Experience with RF design and test tools (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF circuits and components such as amplifiers, filters, and antennas
• Perform RF simulations, testing, and troubleshooting
• Analyze RF performance and recommend design improvements
• Support product testing, validation, and integration
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Prepare technical documentation and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and manufacturing
