Job summary

RetailWise is seeking a capable Receiving Supervisor in Pangasinan to support daily receiving activities and ensure accurate receipt of merchandise. You will guide staff, document items, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor stock accuracy.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, with 2+ years in retail/receiving, and a preference for prior supervisory work. Strong communication and organization are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail, receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Preferably with experience supervising a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Must be residing in Pangasinan.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Receiving Manager in managing daily receiving activities.
• Check and ensure accurate receipt of all incoming merchandise.
• Supervise and guide receiving staff in their daily tasks.
• Ensure proper documentation and recording of received items.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other departments regarding delivery concerns.
• Monitor stock accuracy and assist with inventory counts.
• Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform the duties of the Receiving Manager when needed.
