Job summary

Coherent Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Lead React Developer for our Fitness sphere, focusing on a high-load platform serving mobile applications via BFF and microservices. You will architect, design, and deliver scalable frontend solutions while partnering with Product, Design, Data, Security, and Ops teams.

The role requires strong React/TypeScript experience, knowledge of distributed systems, and AWS familiarity. Excellent communication and English proficiency (B2+).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as frontend developer.
• Strong experience with React and the modern React ecosystem.
• Strong experience with TypeScript.
• Understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Strong communication skills; English level: B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery activities of a cross-functional engineering team.
• Lead the integration of new technologies into existing web applications and digital products.
• Drive technical discussions and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Partner with Product and Design teams to identify technical solutions for user and business needs.
• Collaborate with Data, Security, Infrastructure, and Tech Ops teams to support delivery from idea to production.
• Make architectural decisions and evaluate different approaches with pros/cons.
• Contribute hands-on to discovery, implementation, and debugging; participate in spikes and POCs.
• Support team growth through technical leadership and people management where applicable.

Its digital ecosystem supports both franchise operations and member experiences, including onboarding, membership management, payments, and engagement features.## Project DescriptionThe high-load platform, which serves mobile applications through BFF and microservice-based architecture, cloud infrastructure, and extensive third-party integrations.
