Responsibilities

• Lead and coach manual testing analysis and design.
• Develop automation strategy to support regression testing.
• Monitor and report testing progress to project management and stakeholders.
• Oversee test data identification and preparation.
• Manage tasks and assignments of team members.
• Ensure adherence to software testing best practices and terminology.
• Mentor testers and provide performance feedback.
