We are seeking an experienced and proactive Programmatic Manager/Technical Account Manager Lead (TAM-L) to support our growing portfolio of business partners. As a Programmatic Manager/TAM, you will serve as a technical expert, problem solver, and trusted partner, ensuring clients unlock the full value of our behavioural intelligence and media activation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Technical Account Managers supporting clients across programmatic platforms and the ecosystem.
- Act as the senior individual contributor (IC) alongside the Head of Trading, ensuring campaigns are launched, tracked, and optimized accurately.
- Provide escalation support for complex technical and delivery issues, including PMP setups, tag troubleshooting, DSP/SSP integration, and campaign underdelivery.
- Oversee QA processes, platform SOPs, and delivery workflows to meet internal standards.
- Collaborate with product, trading, and insights teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve platform usage.
- Onboard, coach, and upskill junior TAMs to develop a world-class technical service culture.
- Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and feedback loops are maintained.
- Contribute to platform process development, automation, and solution design for growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience as a hands-on TAM, Programmatic Trader, or Technical Lead.
- At least 3+ years of people management experience, including mentoring and team building.
- Deep expertise with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon), SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange), and QA processes.
- Strong knowledge of PMP setup, pixels, ad tags, bid strategies, and troubleshooting.
- Operational excellence — identifying edge cases, preventing errors, and ensuring smooth delivery.
- Strategic prioritization skills — knowing when to act, delegate, or escalate.
- Excellent communication skills across technical, operational, and commercial teams.
