Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as Line Leader, Production Supervisor or related.
• Knowledge in QMS Training and Internal Quality Auditor Training.
• Familiar with IPC Standards and KAIZEN Ladder Training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and check manpower requirements in the section.
• Supervise the preparation of the production line based on schedule.
• Coordinate with departments for material and technical problems.
• Evaluate performance of Line Leaders and operators.
• Prepare and submit weekly accomplishment reports to the manager.
