Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Lead Applications Developer with deep Oracle Fusion SCM and Procurement expertise in the Philippines. You will serve as Fusion SCM/Procurement Lead, partnering with business stakeholders and integrators while hands-on configuring and enhancing the solution.

You will support Oracle Fusion, EBS, CRM integrations and 3PL connections, while driving production support, incident resolution, and project delivery across global Supply Chain functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of functional design and configuration experience in Fusion Cloud SCM/Procurement or 3+ years Fusion plus 2+ years Oracle EBS experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion modules, Oracle EBS, and CRM/3PL integrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as IT functional expert for Oracle Fusion SCM/Procurement.
• Provide production incident support and defect resolution.
• Work with Business Analysts on requirements and functional design.
• Hands-on Fusion configuration from CRP/PoC through unit testing.
• Coordinate with Global teams and system integrators for smooth delivery.
• Plan and execute system integration and regression testing with Test Team.
• Represent Fusion function in IT/business meetings and workshops.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders and provide strategic IT guidance.
• Incorporate industry best practices and establish standards.
