The Lead Operations Analyst in the Investment Operations team at SimCorp is responsible for overseeing and managing operational tasks related to investment activities. This role involves leading a team in processing, settling, reconciling, and measuring investment transactions, ensuring that all operations are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with industry regulations. With typically 5+ years of experience, the Lead Operations Analyst is responsible for optimizing workflows, identifying operational risks, and providing insights into investment performance, while mentoring and supporting junior team members.
