Mabilo in the Philippines is seeking a Mine Operations Superintendent to oversee open-pit mining operations, lead production planning, contractor management, and equipment utilization to meet safety and production targets.

This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering with a professional license and 10+ years in open-pit mining, with strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering and licensed as a Mining Engineer.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in open-pit mining operations, including production, ops management, and leadership.
• Expertise in mine production management, mine planning, supervision, contractor management, equipment utilization, and workforce leadership.
• Knowledge of open-pit mining methods, production planning, pit development, drilling/blasting, haulage, mine safety, and efficiency improvement.
• Familiarity with MGB regulations, environmental compliance, and occupational safety standards.
