Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert SQL with complex joins and window functions.
• Experience in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong Databricks/Delta Lake experience.
• Proficient in Tableau and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas) for analysis is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing and sales lead performance end-to-end across sources, journeys, and channels.
• Build and maintain SQL queries, certified datasets, and dashboards for leadership reviews.
• Support campaign planning and produce analyses with segment and audience insights.
• Use Claude or other AI tools for research, with source citation and validation.
• Present findings clearly to Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and business units.
