Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Risk and Compliance Specialist for a Return to Office setup in Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3. The role involves reviewing client forms, conducting conflict checks, and analyzing risks tied to new instructions.

You will liaise with Partners and Case Handlers, escalate issues when needed, and maintain the conflict database while safeguarding confidentiality across teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of KYC experience.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing new client and matter forms ensuring satisfactory details are provided by the Case Handlers and querying incomplete or unclear information, with quick turnaround to identify conflicts.
• Analyzing the new client and/or new matter to determine risks associated with the instruction.
• Conducting conflict checks using the firm's conflict database, paying close attention to sensitive entries in the Black Book database.
• Analyzing conflict search results and liaising with Partner/ Case Handler to determine if a conflict or potential conflict exists.
• Escalating conflict issues to the Conflicts and Compliance Team with clear analysis of progress.
• Proactively following up when seeking information or conflict resolution from other stakeholders across the firm.
• Maintaining and updating the conflict search database as key information becomes available on existing matters.
• Assisting in researching and implementing information barriers by working with the Risk Team, safeguarding confidentiality.
