Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an experienced KYC Team Lead to manage a pod of analysts, ensuring day-to-day delivery, performance, and quality outcomes. This role requires strong leadership to drive escalation, coaching, and adherence to processes in a fast-paced environment.

The position is onsite in Taguig Uptown Bonifacio area, night shift, with responsibilities spanning workforce planning, performance management, and collaboration with QC and SOP owners to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of KYC experience.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Onsite leadership role expected in Taguig, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of KYC analysts; own pod-level SLA, quality, productivity, and adherence metrics.
• Allocate work, manage queues, and rebalance capacity to meet daily and weekly volume commitments.
• Conduct first-line review and approval of high-risk cases requiring TL sign-off.
• Run daily huddles and weekly 1:1s; coach using scorecard data and QC feedback.
• Drive ramp-up and track performance tiers; intervene early with at-risk performers.
• Collaborate with QC to close defects, coaching, retraining, or escalation to SOP owners.
• Own attendance, shrinkage, and adherence; document capacity issues with a paper trail.
• Escalate operational risks to Delivery Lead with data and recommended actions.
• Support weekly business reviews with performance narratives.
• Onboard new hires; coordinate with Training to close knowledge gaps.
