Job summary
Outcode Software is seeking a Support Engineering Lead in the Philippines to bridge technical support, database administration, and product implementation. You will leverage deep Yardi Voyager expertise and SQL proficiency to drive onboarding and provisioning for property management SaaS environments.

Qualifications
- Must have leadership experience in technical support or IT environments.
- Deep expertise in Yardi Voyager with 3+ years in a support role.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with database administration.
- Familiarity with Yardi integrations, APIs, ETL, and YSR reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation and support end-to-end for Yardi engagements.
- Own project execution, client escalations, and delivery timelines.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to drive discipline and continuous improvement.
- Create and edit robust technical documentation for implementations and workflows.
- Contribute hands-on by writing SQL queries and building YSR reports.
- Conduct regular system audits and identify automation opportunities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers and support staff.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape long-term IT infrastructure goals.
