Advanced Energy Philippines seeks an Inventory Analyst to ensure cycle count accuracy across locations, including 3PL and subcontractors. You will lead audits, investigate variances, and collaborate with warehouse teams to improve inventory integrity.
Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you need a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years’ experience, with ERP/WMS familiarity (Oracle/SAP preferred) and MS Office skills. Handheld scanners are optional.

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Cycle Count Accuracy through periodic physical audits and reconciliation of physical inventory counts across all AEPH locations, including 3PL and subcontractors. Leads the audit process, conducts root cause analysis for variances, and collaborates with warehouse teams and locator owners to drive improvements and maintain high inventory accuracy.
This position will report to Inventory Manager.
