A leading company is seeking an outbound sales professional in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will engage decision-makers through efficient lead generation techniques and demonstrate strong communication skills. You'll be responsible for monitoring job boards, managing CRM data, and generating market insights, all while working aligned with U.S. Eastern Time hours.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting – Identify and engage decision-makers (CTO, Head of Product, etc.) via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, and targeted lists.
Job-Board Scouting & Applications – Monitor portals (e.g., Upwork Enterprise, Indeed, Wellfound) for software-development RFPs or staff-augmentation roles; craft and submit tailored proposals representing the client.
Product Familiarization – Quickly master clients core offerings (AI chatbots, custom software, mobile/web development) to create persuasive outreach messages and demo walkthroughs.
CRM Hygiene – Log all activities, contacts, and deal stages in HubSpot (or similar) to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
Discovery & Handover – Qualify inbound leads, schedule intro calls for the CEO/Tech Lead, and prep meeting briefs.
Market Intelligence – Track competitor moves, industry events, and funding rounds; feed insights back to leadership.
Metrics & Reporting – Deliver weekly progress reports on outreach volume, response rates, meetings set, and opportunity values.
Must-Have Qualifications
Flawless written and spoken English (C1/C2); capable of writing concise, persuasive emails and LinkedIn messages.
1–3 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or recruitment sourcing—preferably in tech or B2B SaaS.
Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing tools (e.g., Apollo, Reply), and a modern CRM.
Strong research skills and the ability to craft custom messages, not mass spam.
Self-starter comfortable working 9 AM – 5 PM U.S. Eastern Time (night shift in PH).
Reliable home-office setup: fast internet, up-to-date laptop, webcam, and quiet workspace.
Nice-to-Have
Prior experience applying to project-based platforms (Upwork, Toptal, Catalant).
Basic understanding of Apollo, lead-scoring, or Google Workspace.
Exposure to U.S. SMB or enterprise-level sales cycles.
