Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the growth of this innovative healthcare technology company. Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients in the healthcare sector, with a focus on rural hospitals, fully qualified healthcare centers (FQHCs), and housing authorities.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to generate high-quality leads for our innovative SDOH software platform.
  • Utilize various digital tools and resources to find and engage potential clients effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in our HubSpot CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with our Appointment Setter to ensure a smooth and efficient lead-to-appointment process.
  • Stay informed about trends in healthcare technology and social determinants of health to better target potential clients.
  • Contribute to the development of lead generation strategies and tactics to improve overall effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the healthcare or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of social determinants of health concepts and their impact on community wellness.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to identify and qualify potential leads effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote environment.
  • Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through technology.
  • Comfortable with a flexible, part-time schedule of 20 hours per week.
  • Located in or able to work US Eastern Time zone hours.
