We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role involves identifying and engaging with both small and large businesses to cultivate partnerships and drive our company's growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and a hands-on approach to building relationships.

Your Role:

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will:

  • Outreach and Engagement: Proactively contact small and large businesses through various communication channels, including calls, SMS, and emails, to introduce our services and set the stage for meaningful partnerships.
  • Lead Generation: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of lead generation strategies across diverse platforms and methods. Employ innovative techniques to identify potential business opportunities, ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospects.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients by providing tailored solutions that meet their needs, thereby fostering long-term collaborations.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities. Use data-driven insights to refine approaches and achieve targets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth and client satisfaction.

Main responsibilities will be following up inbound leads and understand prospects business requirements and provide advises on which services to use.

  • Responding to customer inquiries, which may include sales, minimal general and support-related inquiries, within the hour or no longer than 12 hours.
  • Explaining to potential customers how our products work and offer services/advise
  • Handles and assist new and existing customer with escalated enquiries

What you Need:

  • Proven experience in sales, or a related field, with a track record of achieving growth objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
