RK GLOBAL ACCESS PHILIPPINES INC. seeks a Lead Generation Specialist to join our Australian Electricity Brokerage team. You will contact Australian businesses, introduce services, qualify leads, and generate opportunities for the Sales Team.

The role welcomes graduates or applicants with or without experience who are confident on the phone, have strong English communication, and are eager to learn in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Good oral and written English communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Articulate, professional, and friendly.
• Persistent and able to handle rejection positively.
• Goal-oriented, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Good listening and questioning skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, email, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheets.
• Experience in BPO, telemarketing, sales, lead generation, or appointment setting is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities
