Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to enhance our sales efforts by conducting in-depth market research and targeted database management while executing effective outreach via LinkedIn and other digital channels. Your role will involve engaging potential leads, scheduling sales appointments, and continuously evaluating the efficacy of lead strategies through detailed performance tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Research and Data Management
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads
  • Maintain and update databases of contacts and leads in HubSpot
  • Segment leads based on industry, location, and potential value
  • Lead Generation Strategies
  • Utilize LinkedIn for targeted outreach and connection requests
  • Implement phone outreach campaigns from contact lists
  • Develop and execute social media strategies for engagement and lead generation
  • Monitor and optimize website interactions to capture leads
  • Create and distribute email blasts to targeted prospects
  • Execute direct email campaigns tailored to specific segments
  • Manage online advertising (Google Ads) to attract potential leads
  • Appointment Setting
  • Qualify leads through initial conversations and virtual meetings
  • Schedule First Time Appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain communication with leads to nurture relationships
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation
  • Daily reporting on the number of FTAs achieved, with weekly report sent to President
  • Analyze the effectiveness of different lead generation strategies
  • Adjust strategies based on performance analytics and feedback
