Ideal candidates have a CPA license, 5+ years in accounting and audit, and 1–2 years of leadership experience. Strong knowledge of PFRS/IFRS, PSA, and taxation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA license required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and audit, with external audit experience.
• At least 1–2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS/IFRS, PSA, and taxation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance engagements and ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality work in accordance with audit methodologies and client expectations.
• Review audit procedures and deliverables performed by team members to ensure compliance with quality, risk management, accounting, and auditing standards.
• Interpret and apply relevant accounting and auditing standards (PFRS/IFRS, US GAAP, US GAAS, and UK GAAP, as applicable).
• Coordinate workflow with global and local assurance teams, allocate resources, and monitor engagement progress against timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor team utilization, budget-to-actual performance, deliverables, and other engagement-related operational matters.
• Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders and maintain effective relationships with local and international teams.
• Lead, coach, and supervise junior team members, providing guidance for their development.
• Identify opportunities to improve and standardize assurance processes, enhance efficiency, and leverage best practices.
• Identify high-potential team members and contribute to talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Support risk management and quality assurance initiatives across engagements.
