Job summary

DTCC is seeking an Associate in Environment Management / Infra Support to provide day‑to‑day operations for DTCC environments, handle incidents, service requests, and runbook driven activities. You will monitor health checks, support deployments, and maintain ticket documentation.

• Provide L1/L2 support for DEV/QA/QAP environments.
• Handle service requests (access, restarts, data refresh, batch monitoring).
• Execute runbook‑based activities and health checks.
• Monitor alerts and dashboards and elevate issues as needed.
• Support application teams during testing and deployments.
• Participate in KT, shadowing, and hands‑on enablement.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation.
• Work in shifts, including weekends or extended hours.

The impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the team, the Associate provides day‑to‑day operational support for DTCC environment management activities, handling incidents, service requests, and standard environment operations under defined procedures.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Linux/Unix: Server administration, log analysis, and troubleshooting.

• Tomcat: Application hosting, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Shell Scripting: Basic automation and task execution.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
