Job summary

The role requires a PRC Master Electrician license, a Bachelor's or equivalent technical training, at least five years of relevant experience, and the ability to lead teams, read drawings, and ensure PEC compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or completion of a recognized electrical vocational or technical program.
• PRC Master Electrician license required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or construction.
• Extensive knowledge of the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and safety standards.
• Experience supervising electrical personnel and managing electrical works.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
• Read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with the PEC and company standards.
• Install, inspect, test, commission, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
• Supervise electricians, technicians, and subcontractors; provide guidance.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to meet project specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve faults; coordinate with project managers and clients.
• Prepare material estimates, manpower, and work schedules for electrical activities.
• Monitor progress; ensure work completes within timeline and budget.
• Enforce electrical safety policies and PPE usage.
