Job summary

A global real estate services leader is seeking a Technical Supervisor for the Door System in Taguig City. The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance operations and provide technical guidance while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or NCII Certificate and at least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management or Engineering/Maintenance.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with clients and contractors.

Skills
