Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to design and guide end‑to‑end architectures for high‑scale digital platforms. You will drive API standards, data flows, and integration patterns across mobile and backend services.

The role emphasizes security, observability, and performance at scale, with hands‑on validation and prototyping. Collaboration with product, UX, and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solutions architecture for high‑scale digital platforms.
• Strong expertise in microservices and API‑first design.
• Experience with system integration patterns (REST, event‑driven, messaging).
• Security principles (authentication, authorization, secure APIs).
• Hands‑on with mobile architectures (native and hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture across mobile, backend microservices, and integration layers.
• Translate product requirements into scalable, secure, high‑performance solutions.
• Define and enforce API standards and data flows.
• Drive non‑functional requirements: scalability, resiliency, performance, observability, and security.
• Lead architecture reviews and challenge weak solutions.
• Ensure readiness for high‑traffic events (promos, campaigns).
• Collaborate with product, UX, engineering and external partners.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks early.
• Guide teams in modern architecture patterns (microservices, event‑driven, cloud‑native).
• Hands‑on architecture validation and prototyping.
