Job summary

RinggitPlus, part of Jirnexu, is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to keep our infrastructure reliable and secure while guiding a small team on AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

You’ll build self-service tooling, shape the release process, and ensure auditable, regulated fintech security. The role blends hands-on platform work with technical leadership in a hybrid setup.

We value experience with AI-assisted operations and strong communication to translate business needs into resilient engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure, platform, or DevOps roles with 3+ years leading engineers.
• Deep, production Kubernetes experience; Helm required; multi-cluster a plus.
• Hands-on Terraform IaC with real state management and version control.
• Strong AWS skills: IAM, networking, cost, Lambda, and Fargate.
• Experience with AWS CodePipeline and/or GitHub Actions; know when to redesign pipelines.
• Security-minded: secrets management, least privilege, vulnerability scans, and compliance.
• Expert Linux, Git, and scripting in Bash and Python; able to read Go for support.
• Excellent technical writing to explain trade-offs to engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage the technical plan for platform and infra aligned with business needs.
• Own incidents from alert to fix and take responsibility for major outages.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance to meet requirements.
• Build ready-made workflows so other teams deploy without hand-holding.
• Own infra and tools budget; plan, review spend, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Drive AI tooling adoption across the team and daily use of Claude Code.
