GoRocky Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Lead Designer to think, design, and execute quickly across consumer healthcare and wellness brands. You will craft brand identity, landing pages, and campaign visuals, blending traditional tools with AI-enabled workflows to accelerate ideas into finished work.
You will collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams, delivering premium creative across websites, emails, packaging, and offline materials while maintaining brand consistency.
We are looking for a Lead Designer who can think, design and execute at speed across a growing portfolio of consumer healthcare and wellness brands.
This is not a traditional corporate design role and it is not a management-only position. We need someone who is highly hands‑on, has excellent visual taste, understands modern digital brands, and can personally turn an idea into finished creative quickly.
You will work across GoRocky, Kindred and our wider portfolio of healthcare, wellness and consumer brands, helping us build a stronger and more consistent creative standard across everything the customer sees.
TASTE. SPEED. EXECUTION.You should be able to look at a landing page, campaign, social ad, email, packaging concept or clinic material and immediately understand what could make it clearer, more attractive and more effective - and then actually create it.
You should be equally comfortable using traditional design tools and the newest AI creative tools. We expect AI to be part of the workflow, not a novelty. The goal is to produce more ideas, explore concepts faster and dramatically shorten the time from brief to finished creative without compromising quality.
You will own and execute creative work across multiple brands and customer touchpoints, including:
Brand identity and visual systems
Website and landing page design
Paid social and performance advertising creative
Organic social content
Campaign concepts and key visuals
Email and CRM creative
Product and service launches
Packaging and physical product materials
Clinic, pharmacy and offline marketing materials
Presentations and internal brand materials
Photography and video direction
AI-generated imagery, concepts and creative experimentation
Rapid prototyping of new brands, products and campaigns
You will work closely with the founders, management, marketing, product and growth and engineering teams and will often be involved from the earliest idea through to final execution.
We want somebody who still loves making things.
You should be able to take a rough brief such as “We need a landing page for this new service by tomorrow” or “This campaign does not feel premium enough - give us three stronger directions” and move quickly from concept to something tangible.
You may eventually build and lead a wider creative team, but initially we care much more about what you personally can create than how many designers you have managed.
We want someone who actively experiments with tools such as:
Adobe Creative Suite
Figma
Canva
Midjourney and other image‑generation tools
ChatGPT and other generative AI tools
AI video and editing platforms
AI‑assisted prototyping and production tools
You do not need to use a specific stack, but you should already be thinking about how AI changes the way designers work.
We expect you to use AI to:
Generate and explore creative directions quickly
Produce visual concepts and moodboards
Create or modify imagery
Develop ad variations at scale
Accelerate layouts and production
Prototype campaigns and new brand concepts
Test multiple creative ideas before committing significant time
The designer we want will be excited by the idea that one exceptional creative person equipped with AI can now produce what previously required an entire studio.
You probably have:
A strong portfolio showing excellent visual judgment
Experience designing consumer‑facing digital brands
Strong typography, layout and art‑direction skills
Experience with websites, landing pages and digital product design
Experience creating performance marketing creative
The ability to work across different brand personalities without making everything look the same
Strong understanding of mobile‑first design
A bias toward simplicity and clear communication
The ability to receive direct feedback without becoming precious about the work
The confidence to challenge bad creative ideas when you see them
The ability to move from rough concept to finished execution rapidly
The ability to sketch or draw ideas by hand is a strong advantage. We value designers who can think visually away from the screen and rapidly communicate an idea through rough sketches, storyboards or hand‑drawn concepts.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, beauty, consumer technology, e‑commerce or DTC brands would be particularly relevant, although exceptional work in other industries is equally interesting.
You mainly manage other designers rather than design yourself
Every project requires a long creative process before anything can be shown
You are uncomfortable working across several brands at once
You depend heavily on agencies or outside production teams
You see AI as a threat rather than a creative tool
You are excellent at presentations but weak at execution
You need a perfectly defined brief before you can begin
We operate quickly and expect our creative team to do the same.
GoRocky and Kindred operate at the intersection of healthcare, technology, consumer brands and e‑commerce.
We are building brands across areas including digital healthcare, clinics, pharmacy, wellness and consumer health. This creates an unusually broad creative canvas: digital products, physical environments, packaging, advertising, content, healthcare education and new brand creation.
For the right designer, this is an opportunity to have significant influence over how an entire portfolio of brands looks and feels.
You will not simply be maintaining an established design system. You will help create the next one.
We care far more about the quality of your work, judgment and speed than job titles or years of experience.
