Job summary

SETIA ACCESS & FACADE Sdn BHD is seeking a design engineer to lead the full design process from ideation to production. You will draft new designs and update existing ones based on the most suitable and efficient solution, ensuring all design responsibilities are met during the process.

The role requires strong drawing skills and knowledge of manufacturing considerations. Responsibilities include preparing 2D/3D deliverables, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring designs meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Experience in Facade Access Systems and/or Heavy Machinery is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Inventor, and SolidWorks.
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication drawings is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of 2D and 3D drawing deliverables (Proposals, shop drawings, As-Built and Manufacturing Drawings).
• Manage multiple complex projects at the same time.
• Ensure our designs meet manufacturing, technical and customer Responsibilities.
• Ensure that all design projects are completed within budget and time.
