Job summary

Radiance Solar Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced electrical design and project leader to oversee the full cycle from concept through construction in Palauig, Zambales.

The role includes mentoring junior engineers, managing design reviews, and ensuring site execution aligns with approved engineering designs. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a PRC license, with 3–5 years of large-scale solar project experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working in a large-scale solar project.
• Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer with valid PRC license.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design and engineering process from concept through construction.
• Mentor, lead and supervise junior team members and oversee their work to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Manage projects through design and construction, including RFI response, reviews and meetings.
• Provide assistance during project implementation to ensure that the construction and commissioning work conforms with the approved detailed engineering design.
• Create and review design drawings, calculations, documents, contracts and specifications to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and optimal system performance.
• Estimating project cost, preparing bids and proposals for tenders and bidding submission.
• Monitor project expenses and delivery throughout the construction process.
• Work in a global team with good communication skills to provide technical support for projects.
• Conducts site visits and project surveys when required.
• Coordinate with Site Assessors, Project Management Team to complete designs, while meeting the customer’s expectations with strict deadlines.
• Communicate with local government units to ensure design meets all the necessary requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales and business development team to understand client needs.
• Oversee and manage third-party consultants and design providers, ensuring seamless coordination with all project stakeholders to facilitate design approvals and successful on-site execution.
