Aily Labs GmbH, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, is seeking a Principal/Senior Data Scientist to join its Agents Team in either Madrid or Barcelona. You will play a key role in developing AI-driven solutions and guiding clients through significant business decisions.

As a vital part of our team, you will have ownership over quality and performance of solutions, mentoring junior staff, and aligning solutions with business needs. A hybrid work policy allows for both remote and in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in data science or AI roles.
• Experience with building and deploying machine learning models.
• Ability to work collaboratively with PMs and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven solutions to solve business challenges.
• Communicate and align with stakeholders to define project scope.
• Provide leadership and mentorship within the data science team.
