Job summary

VITRO, Inc. is seeking a senior data and technology leader to shape enterprise data strategy, governance, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will drive the data warehouse modernization, API strategy with MuleSoft, and cross-functional teams delivering secure, scalable data and applications across the organization. You will lead data governance, cloud-based platforms, and AI initiatives while ensuring security, privacy, and value realization for business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelors or higher in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
10+ years of progressive IT, data or integration experience.
5+ years in a leadership/management role.
Proven experience in data warehouses, ETL/ELT, APIs, and dev teams.
Experience in digital transformation, data modernization, or AI initiatives.
Cloud, Agile, DevSecOps, and enterprise architecture exposure.
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and data modeling concepts.
Familiarity with data quality, metadata, lineage, and MDM.
Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API security.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement enterprise data strategy aligned with business and technology.
Establish data governance standards and operating models across data lifecycle.
Ensure data is accurate, secure, accessible, and reliable for business use.
Promote data-driven culture with trusted data, analytics, and AI insights.
Lead architecture and improvement of data warehouse using Microsoft Fabric.
Oversee scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration across systems.
Set standards for data modeling, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Drive modernization of legacy data platforms and processes.
Lead API strategy, architecture, governance, and MuleSoft delivery.
Design and manage secure, reusable APIs and API security standards.
Foster API-led connectivity across enterprise systems and third parties.
Define API lifecycle management and documentation practices.
Oversee development and support of enterprise applications and AI solutions.
Lead AI-enabled solutions, workflows, and responsible AI controls.
Identify business value opportunities from AI and emerging tech.
