Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Security Penetration Testing professional to lead testing and assessment activities across client environments from our Manila hybrid setup. The role requires deep expertise in pentest operations, vulnerability assessment, and security tooling, with strong reporting and stakeholder communication skills.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls, drive risk remediation, and promote cybersecurity best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Security Penetration Testing Operations.
• Strong expertise in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security testing tools.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment methodologies and penetration testing frameworks.
• Experience with security tools and technologies used for identifying and exploiting system weaknesses.
• Ability to analyze security findings and communicate risks effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and best practices related to information security.
• Proficient in documenting security assessments and preparing detailed reports for stakeholders.
