Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven experience as a Cook or Kitchen Staff in a restaurant.
• Strong basic cooking knowledge with ability to perform under peak rush hours.
• NCII/NC2 in Cookery is a major advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain a spotless, organized workspace including stations and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize food waste to drive efficiency.
• Ensure freshness of raw ingredients and follow Food Safety guidelines.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff on techniques and store procedures.
