Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a senior Contracts Attorney to lead negotiations of complex client transactions, including MSPs, outsourcing, SLAs and cloud-related agreements. You will advise executives on legal risks and mentor junior professionals while shaping contracting strategies with the Legal and Sales teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of technology-based contracts and risk management, with a strong executive presence and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Law Degree from an accredited jurisdiction.
• Authorized and licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum 6 years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and/or outsourcing.
• Minimum of 3 years negotiating Intellectual Property and Data Privacy issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead, structure, draft and negotiate complex client transactions ensuring legal and business advantages.
• Counsel and mentor junior CLPs, guiding transaction execution and risk mitigation.
• Stay updated on developments affecting clients and industries and apply to transactions.
• Develop expertise in areas benefiting Legal and the business.
• Participate in creating internal guidelines, toolkits, and knowledge capital.
• Support and promote Legal Group initiatives and align with market-facing strategies.
