Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Content (Lead) Analyst - Equity Indices to ensure accuracy, timeliness and quality of Equity Indices data on Datastream. You will coordinate with data suppliers, handle client queries, and onboard/maintain markets to uphold data quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of Power BI, VBA and SQL is a plus. Flexible shifts including mid and graveyard may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Power BI, AI tools, VBA and SQL is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including midshift and graveyard shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with data suppliers to address missing or unclear data and resolve issues.
• Deliver accurate responses to Equity Indices data queries and maintain service quality.
• Complete projects within deadlines with accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare Content Enhancement requests and maintain existing markets.
• Conduct training sessions to improve team capability and consistency.
• Lead Datastream Calculated Indices and resolve client cases effectively.
• Prepare and update documentation on market processes.
• Suggest process improvements for efficiency.
