Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking an Associate to join the Price and Performance Lipper team. You will analyze reports, improve operational efficiency, and collaborate with Product Management and Client Success to deliver high-quality fund content and analytics to the global investment community.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reports to provide feedback on feasibility and timelines, where vital, liaise with product management on alternatives.
• Identify and implement opportunities to bring operational efficiency to the customer.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Handle general queries from customers relating to the content and files provided, work with customer support as needed.
• Work with product management to bring together any future requirements for inclusion into LSEG Lipper for Investment Management.
• Assist in resolving client data issue cases and source, collect, and curate content from financial documents / instruments / feed sources.
• Participate in acquisition, creation, calculation, maintenance and quality assurance of Lipper service results, coordinating ad hoc product delivery projects.
• Support in resolving client cases by fixing data integrity, missing data and other issues efficiently.
• Process data in an accurate and timely manner using knowledge of tools and financial markets.
• Communicate and collaborate with different teams to support sourcing and collection of data efficiently.
• Adhere to quality metrics and prioritize activities to support business and customer requirements.
• Support specific projects and meet metrics; propose enhancements to processes to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
• Create and automate fund data files from shared mailboxes and FTP server; assist with data processing issues and automations.

This role is accountable to the Price and Performance Lipper team, which plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, independent fund content and analytics to the global investment community. With a strong emphasis on customer collaboration, the team supports report migration, resolves data integrity issues, and ensures the accurate and timely processing of financial data. Working closely with Client Success Managers, product management, and internal stakeholders, they document customer use cases, streamline operations, and enhance the overall client experience. Bringing to bear deep financial expertise and a commitment to continuous improvement, the team drives innovation and operational efficiency across Lipper’s suite of investment management solutions

Responsibilities:

• Processes data in an accurate and timely manner using the knowledge of the tools and financial markets
• Uses the approved sources to identify the data, convert / make valuable contributions to the data, or use the data as is defined in the collection policy
• Communicates and collaborate with different teams where required to support sourcing and collection of data efficiently
• Adheres to the quality metrics and prioritizes activities to support business and customer requirements
• Supports specific projects assigned and meets or exceeds the metrics defined
• Proposes enhancements to processes aimed at boosting operational efficiency and elevating customer satisfaction
• Responsible for the creation and automation of fund's data files coming in from dedicated shared mailboxes and FTP server.
• Support and provide help in every way possible with issues regarding data processing and automations.
• Communicate server/mailbox issues to Developer/Support Team.
