E.I. CONSTRUCTION & DEV'T. CORP. invites a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee project leadership, supervise site engineers, and ensure adherence to drawings, specs, and method statements in Metro Manila.

The role covers planning, scheduling, QA/QC oversight, cost control, safety enforcement, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers to meet timelines and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management and site leadership.
• Ability to coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors.
• Strong QA/QC knowledge and compliance with drawings, specs, and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project leadership and authority over approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, budget, and timeline.
• Supervise Site Engineer and technical team; issue work instructions and review daily site reports.
• Plan and monitor two-week, monthly, and milestone schedules; coordinate pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.
• Oversee QA/QC; ensure materials, inspection reports, and corrective actions meet standards.
• Monitor cost control and resource management; approve requisitions and manage deliveries to avoid overstocking.
• Enforce safety policies on-site; coordinate with safety officers and ensure PPE compliance.
• Review daily accomplishment reports; prepare progress reports for management/client; track progress vs plan.
• Assist in problem-solving and make site-level decisions without compromising safety, quality, or cost.
• Maintain documentation: daily logs, inspection requests, material approvals, change orders, and permits.
