Job summary

Paynamics Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer in Makati. Hybrid work setup. You will lead cloud security design, enhance security posture, and ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. You’ll collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, and Compliance to identify risks and mentor junior engineers.

Ideal candidates have a CS/IT degree and 2+ years in cloud security, with strong IAM and scripting skills across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
2+ years in cloud security/infrastructure, fintech experience a plus.
Strong knowledge of IAM, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SIEM, and scripting.
Familiarity with frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, CIS

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of cloud security solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Strengthen and continuously improve our cloud security posture.
Ensure compliance with global standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
Identify and mitigate security risks across cloud services.
Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, and Compliance teams.
Respond to and manage security incidents (Level 3 support).
Mentor junior engineers and lead security initiatives.
