Job summary

Lingaro Group Philippines is hiring a Lead Business Analyst to drive data-driven decision making and analytics delivery in procurement and finance. You will lead requirements, translate needs into Power BI solutions, and guide BRD and data-mapping documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of IT Business Analyst experience.
At least 1 year in a lead/senior BA role.
Proven BI, reporting, analytics, or dashboard project delivery.
Experience producing BRDs, functional specs, data maps.
Hands-on Power BI with dashboard design and UAT facilitation.
Fluent English; Japanese language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation workshops with procurement and finance stakeholders.
