Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive the CPQ-to-BRIM billing stream by connecting Sales CRM with SAP BRIM processes.

You will shape and maintain information flows that convert customer agreements into accurate billing outcomes. You will map data routes, confirm usage inputs translate into billable items, and ensure the billing process remains uninterrupted by managing mediation configurations and invoicing alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise tech or billing environments.
• Experience directing teams or coordinating business analysts.
• Practical capability in SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation and Invoicing.
• Familiarity with CPQ lifecycles in Salesforce or SAP CPQ.
• Ability to design test strategies for integrations and data verifications.
• English at least B2 level for professional communication.

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join our team.As a Business Analyst, you will drive the CPQ-to-BRIM billing stream by connecting Sales CRM capabilities with SAP BRIM processes.
